Justin Pesavento

Justin Pesavento has been in the construction industry for over 25 years, with half of this experience spent at Bergman. His career spans from commercial projects to highly specialized medical and technical facilities.

In his role as Project Manager, Justin strives to ensure seamless communication among stakeholders, from architects and engineers to subcontractors and regulatory agencies, delivering projects on time and within budget. He’s worked on state-of-the-art medical centers and cleanroom manufacturing environments where quality assurance and regulatory compliance are critical.

Notable projects Justin has worked on include the Aliso Viejo Behavioral Hospital, UCI Medical Center’s Interventional Radiology suite, and several private-sector medical device manufacturing facilities. These projects required not only deep technical knowledge but an understanding of sensitive environments where patient care, safety, and uninterrupted operations are vital.

Outside of work, Justin enjoys traveling, camping, and off-roading. He values the problem-solving and adaptability these activities demand, which are qualities that also shape his approach to managing complex projects.
