Mark Bergman

Our founding member, Mark Bergman, has been deeply involved in the company's day-to-day leadership for decades, providing strategic direction and fostering a culture of excellence. His experience in sales, project operations, and business leadership has been pivotal in shaping Bergman’s growth and ensuring the company’s continued success.

He works closely with Peter Livermore, our executive team, including regional and office leaders, to drive the company’s vision forward. These leaders collaborate daily on critical areas such as sales, preconstruction, operations, and client relationship management, ensuring that every project is executed with the highest quality and efficiency.

Mark’s industry experience in development, design, & construction spans over 40 years. In 1982, he founded The Bergman Companies, later expanding his professional endeavors with the inception of Bergman Development Services in 2010. In 2012, further augmenting his professional alignment, he confounded BergmanKPRS LLC.

Bergman's primary emphasis lies in providing nationwide development and construction services tailored to Fortune 500 companies. Mark manages projects throughout the US, including Land Development, Themed Entertainment, Retail, and Hospitality.

His business has reached Nationwide and International recognition specializing in design, entitlement, and Constructability. Mark's work has been published in Interior Design Magazine, International Design Magazine, Graphics West, and Shopping Center Digest. Mark is a licensed contractor in all 50 states and through the years of service in the industry, has built thousands of projects. He holds multiple awards from ENR, Orange County Business Journal, and Construction Magazine.
