Matt Decker

Matt Decker's passion for construction began in his youth. He was an apprentice at home to his father, a lifelong construction professional in the airline and semiconductor industries. Matt’s  early years were spent learning the trade firsthand as a carpet installer and handyman where he developed a strong foundation in the industry.

Matt is a licensed real estate professional at BergmanKPRS, where he bridges the gap between landlords, tenants, and development strategies. He plays a key role in transforming spaces into vibrant commercial and residential environments, managing the development process from site & building design, to land entitlement, to construction permitting.

Matt's diverse experience spans design consulting to project management, with a strong focus on land and property development. His expertise in estimation, team leadership, and problem-solving allows him to deliver tailored solutions that meet clients' needs and ensure successful project outcomes.

Outside of work, Matt is driven by a love for problem-solving, innovation, and creativity, skills that he brings to both his professional and personal life. He enjoys staying active and constantly learning, always looking for ways to improve his knowledge and skills in the real estate and development sectors.
