Michele Gesling’s career began in residential renovations and design over 20 years ago. In 2015, she transitioned into the commercial sector, joining a general contracting firm specializing in medical renovations, tenant improvements, and ground-up projects. Over the past decade, she has played a key role in various medical, public, restaurant, and retail projects. With a client-focused approach and a collaborative mindset, Michele has successfully led complex project designs on tight schedules, ensuring exceptional results and a seamless end-user experience.

As a Project Manager at Bergman Construction, Michele oversees projects with integrity, ensures client satisfaction, and delivers high-quality results on time. She manages projects from the initial design-build concept through permitting, preconstruction, construction, and the warranty period. Her expertise in project planning, risk management, and stakeholder coordination allows her to guide teams efficiently and achieve successful outcomes. Michele takes pride in fostering teamwork and maintaining strong client relationships throughout every project phase.

As proud parents of three young adults—including a U.S. Navy service member—they have instilled a strong culture of service and community engagement within their family.
