Randy Workman began his career in the construction industry after earning a degree in Engineering Technology in Construction from Cal Poly Pomona in 1987. He started as an estimator and project engineer at MH Golden Company before transitioning to Turelk, Inc. in 1989, where he served as a project superintendent and later a project manager specializing in tenant improvements. In 1999, he joined KPRS Construction Services, advancing from project manager to division manager of tenant improvements. Today, he brings decades of leadership and expertise to his role as Vice President, QA/QC Manager, and Vice President of Operations at Bergman Construction.
As Vice President of Operations, Randy oversees field operations, project execution, scheduling, and quality control. His leadership ensures that teams are aligned with project objectives and that client expectations are met with excellence. His focus on planning, efficiency, and strong client relationships helps Bergman Construction’s continued success.
With a passion for organization and process improvement, Randy works closely with project teams to maximize their potential and refine their industry skills. He emphasizes the importance of communication and collaboration, uniting teams around a shared vision to deliver outstanding service and results.
Beyond work, Randy enjoys sports and travel. Whether on the baseball field practicing drills with his son or exploring the country in his RV, he embraces every opportunity to make lasting memories with his family.
