Our team successfully completed the ground-up construction of a 10,000-square-foot brewpub, designed to deliver an immersive and engaging experience for guests. The project features a modern, open-concept layout that offers clear sightlines into both the brewing area and the kitchen, fostering a sense of connection between patrons and the craft behind the scenes. A standout feature of the brewpub is the expansive rooftop patio, providing a vibrant outdoor space for dining, socializing, and enjoying scenic views. At the heart of the facility is a powerful 20-barrel brewing system, complemented by 22 freshly brewed beers on tap. A distinctive sunken deck centrally located within the building houses the fermentation tanks, creating a visually dynamic focal point and celebrating the brewing process as part of the overall guest experience. This project exemplifies thoughtful design, functionality, and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
