Clark Commons Food Hall

Clark Commons is a 70-unit affordable housing community and one of the first two residential developments within a planned 10-acre master community. Designed to support a healthy and enriching lifestyle, the property features a spacious community building equipped with a fitness center, laundry facilities, and on-site resident services focused on education and wellness. Bergman Construction played a key role in the project by completing the common area for the food hall, as well as executing all kitchen build-out work to support future food service and community programming.
