We’re proud to announce the completion of our latest tenant improvement project at Desert Springs Plaza in partnership with ROIC. What began as a single, large retail suite was transformed into two separate spaces. Our team was brought in to deliver two fully prepped vanilla shells, setting the stage for tenant customization. Each suite includes new rooftop HVAC units, acoustical ceilings, new restrooms, and restroom fixtures. One suite also received a new grease interceptor, ready to support a commercial kitchen. We’re proud to support ROIC in delivering flexible, tenant-ready spaces that help get businesses up and running faster.
