EōS Fitness

This project is an approximately 58,429 SF tenant improvement for EōS Fitness. It included upgrades and rerouting of the main utility systems of HVAC, electrical and plumbing. Interior work included new locker rooms and restrooms, hot and cold plunge tubs, various workout areas with specialty equipment, and new finishes throughout the space for a complete operational health club facility. Also included was a minor façade renovation and routing existing site lighting circuits through a new lighting control panel located within the building.
