o Bergman Construction constructed a new restaurant for Genki Sushi, the largest sushi chain in the world and instrumental contributor to the birth of “Kaiten Sushi” (kaiten refers to sushi on a revolving conveyer belt). This tenant improvement included a sushi conveyor-belt through the dining and kitchen area, MEP utilities, new display cases, lighted counters, a kitchen partition and preparation area, an exterior patio, and an interior dining area. Not only is this their first California location, this is their first restaurant on the Mainland, as all their current locations are in Hawaii.
