Goose Island

Goose Island involved the transformation of a former dry ice facility into a vibrant, state-of-the-art 12,000-square-foot brewhouse, along with the new construction of adjacent structures to expand functionality and guest capacity. Located in Philadelphia, PA, the finished space seamlessly blends industrial character with modern design, featuring an expansive outdoor event area that serves as a dynamic venue for gatherings, tastings, and community events. The scope of work included the installation of a 20-barrel brewing system, a custom grain delivery system, and extensive interior and exterior upgrades to support both production and hospitality operations. Developed as one of Anheuser-Busch’s innovative concept locations, the project reflects the brand’s commitment to combining craft brewing with experiential environments.
