A 15,000 SF, Spanish-style GreenStreet Mission Viejo center will host many retail spaces to restaurants, stores, and an upscale full-service car wash with skybridge connected to parking lot. Scope included an escalator with pedestrian overpass & glass roof and a large retaining wall (27 ft high. And 250 ft by 180 ft wide.) 10,000 cubic yard of soil excavated were removed.
