Habit Burger & Grill

Bergman Construction has successfully completed the tenant improvement and conversion of an existing suite into a new Habit Burger & Grill in Claremont, California. This 14-week project transformed a previously vacant space into a vibrant, fully operational restaurant that reflects Habit’s commitment to fresh, feel-good food and excellent guest experiences.

The 2,075 square foot interior received a full build-out including kitchen installation, dining area construction, upgraded finishes, and new lighting throughout. The 705 square foot exterior scope included the installation of new signage, as well as extensive mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) upgrades to support the restaurant’s operations.
