Our team successfully completed a 1,651-square-foot tenant improvement project for a new Jimmy John’s location in Lafayette, Indiana. The scope of work included updating building signage, installing refreshed interior and exterior branding elements, replacing existing restrooms, and removing outdated fixtures and furniture to make way for a clean, modern layout. With careful planning and coordination, we were able to complete the full remodel in just two weeks, meeting the client’s timeline while delivering a high-quality, brand-consistent space ready for operation.
