This is a full tenant improvement for Kimco Realty's Southern California corporate office. Excecuted scope of work includes demo of the existing space and the reconfiguration of private offices, bullpen area, and conference rooms. Additionally, we redistributed all utilities, added a new kitchenette, and new ADA compliant restrooms completed this project.
