This luxury outdoor shopping center received a full common area upgrade. The upgrades included new teak wood siding and shutters on exterior sides, 1st floor common walkways received new wood flooring, the 2nd floor common walkways were repaired and resealed, new planters, new stairs and handrails, new area lighting fixtures and landscaping.
