Marugame Udon

Our recent restaurant TI project in San Gabriel was to renovate a 3,245 SF space, into a Marugame Udon restaurant. The scope included remodeling for the accommodation of a new layout, new partition walls and ceilings to better define each functional space, and new mechanical distribution systems. We also included new electrical equipment and power distribution to support the kitchen and dining operations, simultaneously inputting new plumbing for the kitchen, restrooms, and utility areas. This is one of many projects helping shape the vibrant community of Southern California and adding to its rich culture. We’re excited to assist in bringing authentic Japanese cuisine to a city with a strong food scene at the heart of the Los Angeles region.
