Ohio State Dermatology

We completed two separate medical office tenant improvement projects for our client, Ohio State Dermatology. The first was a 2,300 SF interior build-out tailored to their clinical needs. Following that success, we delivered a second project in Columbus, Ohio— a 5,600 SF improvement that included both finished medical office space and the build-out of an adjacent empty shell.
