Petco, a national retail chain offering everything a pet lover needs, partnered with Bergman to deliver a turnkey store in LA. This large store offers several areas specially designed for each type of pet, a training area, and a full-service grooming facility were included. Our team completed demolition of items left from the previous tenant, then installed new plumbing and drainage for fish tanks, new HVAC and distribution system, fire suppression system, upgraded the lectrical panel, installed custom fixtures, and case work.
