The Bergman Construction team completed a full remodel of Ruby’s Diner at Laguna Hills Mall, transforming the 2,700 SF space with tenant improvements that enhanced the brand’s signature vintage aesthetic. The renovation included retro-inspired ornamentation, pull-up bar seating, and upgrades to the full-service kitchen, all while preserving the classic charm of this iconic diner chain.
