Extensive landlord work, tenant improvements, and remodels for multiple Starbucks locations. Scope of work included coordinating with the Starbucks design team, construction documentation and management. Features new pad building and preconstruction services for a Starbucks store with drive through, for our repeat client The Selcer Group.
