We’re excited to announce the completion of Aliso Viejo’s new 99 Ranch Market. This is the company’s flagship store, featuring a sophisticated design and finishes. This store, being approximately 46,149 SF, is a remodel of a preexisting Lowe’s Hardware. All interior walls of the existing space were gutted, leaving only the shell. This gave us room to then create all new framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, cooking, and extensive refrigeration systems.
This project consisted of five separate service departments and kitchens, including a fresh bakery, deli, meat, produce, and an extensive seafood department featuring 12 live fish, crab, and lobster tanks. We included 11 walk-in freezers in the back of the store and approximately 75 refrigerated cases and 100 freezer cases on the sales floor, highlighted by an extensive custom lighting package.
Along with a focus on service departments, the project also consisted of new customer restrooms along with separate restrooms for employees in the back of the store. Also included are new offices, a break room, locker rooms, and customer service areas. 99 Ranch Market has long been a cornerstone of communities, bringing people together through food, culture, and shared experiences. We're proud to have played a role in bringing this new store to life, and we look forward to seeing it continue to strengthen the vibrant spirit of southern Orange County.
