Villa Siena

Bergman Construction completed work on Irvine Company’s Villa Siena, a beautiful apartment homes complex. Extensive tenant improvements were completed across five floors of the leasing office tower, which includes a three story fitness center, leasing offices and resident services office. Additionally, the pool and spa areas needed extensive work to pull up the pool to ground level as it was sinking due to a high water table.
