Wingstop

This tenant improvement project consisted of selective interior demolition and targeted modifications to the existing restaurant space. The primary scope involved upgrades and revisions to the kitchen exhaust system to accommodate a unique existing condition, along with associated coordination with existing utilities. All work was completed in compliance with current building, health, and life-safety requirements.
