Jacob Santoyo

Jacob Santoyo has been in construction project management since 2017. He began his career shortly after taking many construction management classes and receiving a degree from Northern Arizona University. Managing projects across Northern and Southern California, Florida, Arizona, and New Mexico, Jacob has led both ground up industrial projects as well as fast-paced retail programs for national clients.

In his role as Project Manager, Jacob oversees multiple projects in the Southwest region, simultaneously managing everything from contract issuance and buyout, to scheduling, financial management, OAC meetings, and closeout.

Known for his diligence and attention to detail, Jacob takes pride in building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and teammates alike. What he enjoys most is seeing projects come to life from drawings to the finished project. He enjoys navigating challenges under pressure and mentoring others in the industry.

Outside of work, Jacob likes spending time with friends and family, traveling, following his favorite teams (Dodgers and Notre Dame football), and supporting the Autism community. Looking ahead, Jacob is eager to continue expanding his portfolio with Bergman, taking on complex projects that challenge him to grow as a leader. His goal is to deliver exceptional results for clients while fostering collaboration and mentorship with the Bergman team.
