This project is a CMU ground up retail store for Discount Tire totaling almost 9,700 sf. upon 1.83 acres. Thebuilding features exterior ACM paneling, a mezzanine for tire racking and storage, as well as lift pits and an aircheck canopy. The site work includes a new parking lot and landscape features.
