Bergman removed the existing 12,000 square foot building to construct a new 13,885 square foot drive through Starbucks and additional space for retail and restaurant tenants. The building is accompanied with a trellis patio. Consistent with current trends, Bergman also applied an exterior facade to the Bank of America to offer a more contemporary and welcoming experience.
