Chick-fil-A

The project involved the demolition of certain demising walls and finishes, existing mechanical ducts, and the removal of kitchen equipment. A single-lane drive-thru was expanded, and a service area of 122 SF, a restroom area of 183 SF, and a kitchen area of 106 SF was added. Additionally, the drive-thru area was be upgraded, with the inclusion of a canopy and misting system. The renovation also featured new paint and equipment, the installation of awnings, and a refresh of the storefront.
