Wheel Works

This tenant improvement project consisted of over 12,300 SF of interior renovations. Renovations included, a new ADA restroom, sales area, storage area with racking system, service area with equipment, utility disbursement and refreshed floors, walls, and ceiling. Exterior upgrades included new storefronts, signage and facade.
