The Cottages at Seaside in Pacifica, California underwent extensive interior and exterior refurbishments of 92 mobile park homes. On site work included paving, directional signage, landscaping, electrical room construction, communal gathering area and community. Interior work varied per unit, some units required a full gut and replacement of all items, other units had light renovations.
