Complete design, construction, and permitting were carried out for the addition of a new food product line within an operational food production facility. The project included the interior demolition of the existing factory, installation of new gas and electrical services, and upgrades to water and sewer systems. All wall and ceiling panels were replaced with new systems, and comprehensive mechanical installations were completed, including the integration of owner-supplied ovens and food handling equipment. All work was executed while the facility remained fully operational, successfully maintaining compliance with daily USDA inspections throughout the process.
