The Bergman team has completed a rollout program for a total of 15 new locations of DoorDash’s DashMart. Each location, we performed a tenant improvement of an existing suite, including, but not limited to demolition, duct distribution for existing and new units, light fixtures, electrical panels, and new roof top units to support the warehouse area. Each project ranged from5,000 to 10,000 SF.
