Ding Tea

Managed the relocation and build-out of a 2,500-square-foot Ding Tea in Palm Desert, CA for ROIC, expanding the brand's footprint into a larger, more functional suite. Oversaw the installation of a custom interior mural that reflected the style of the original location while enhancing the updated space. The scope included the construction of new restrooms, upgraded countertops, installation of modern fire protection systems, and the addition of both exterior and storefront signage to boost visibility and brand presence.
