We completed work for this OSHPD 3 dialysis clinic for Fresenius Medical Care. The interior scope of work included examination rooms and private treatment areas, administrative center for nurses, and an area for trash and medical waste storage. Exterior work was limited to the facade signage and backup generators. This 15,000 sf tenant improvement project is located in Union City, CA.
