10 Barrel

The newly constructed 10,450-square-foot brewpub spans three dynamic levels and is poised to become a landmark destination in San Diego’s vibrant food and beverage scene. Thoughtfully designed to maximize both function and guest experience, the space includes a rooftop dining area and bar offering panoramic city views, as well as a mezzanine-level drinking deck that creates a unique, elevated atmosphere for patrons. At the core of the facility is a custom 20-barrel brewing system, designed with a vertical, tiered configuration that enhances both operational efficiency and visual impact. The system features a grain mill positioned on the rooftop, a brew house on the mezzanine level, and fermentation tanks located on the ground floor, creating a seamless flow from grain to glass. This innovative layout not only optimizes brewing logistics but also turns the entire brewing process into a central part of the guest experience, making this location a true showcase of craft and design excellence.
