Bergman Development Services and Bergman Construction Services provided development, preconstruction, and general construction services for he new Komar Desert Center. This center offers quality tenants such as Costco, Starbucks, Mimi's Café, Beverages & More, and Panda Express. Additional pads were provided for the future development of mixed-use retail and multi-family projects.
