Five Below

We recently completed a project in the beautiful foothills area of Albuquerque, New Mexico! This effort involved repurposing a 10,001-square-foot retail space to accommodate a new Five Below store in the La Cueva Town Center.

The scope of work included the demolition of the previous tenant’s fixtures, finishes, and related components to make way for a full build-out. Key improvements included new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems; the construction of non-bearing partitions to create functional retail areas; and an upgraded alarm and fire suppression system to ensure safety compliance. We also installed new restrooms and offices tailored to Five Below’s operational needs, while simultaneously preparing the space for the brand’s proprietary fixtures and finishes.
