This 2,041 SF design-build tenant improvement transformed an existing space into Maast Indian Restaurant, a high end dining destination located in Fullerton, California. The project included a complete interior buildout featuring a full commercial kitchen, bar installation, new HVAC systems, and fully renovated restrooms.

Interior finishes were carefully executed to elevate the guest experience, including sealed concrete flooring highlighted by a custom stained concrete river design integrated into the slab, along with high-end architectural finishes throughout. The design-build approach allowed for seamless coordination of design, permitting, and construction, delivering a fully operational restaurant tailored to the client’s vision.
