Mesa Mall

This project included the demolition of over 100,000 sf of an existing concrete pad to create a new 120,000 sf pad for a retail store. We then removed the existing 177,000 sf parking lot and existing utilities, followed by replacing all of the infrastructure with upgraded systems to create a new 177,000 sf ADA compliant parking field.
