Mesa Mall

WPG partnered with Bergman Construction to remove over 177,000 SF of an existing parking field to create a new 120,000 SF pad for a retail store. We then built back a new ADA compliant parking field, with all new infrastructure, upgraded lighting system, and new hardscape and landscape to match the existing shopping mall.
