Online Retailer

This is an interior TI of a 900,000 SF shell for the biggest online retailer located in Pooler, Georgia. This project was started in late August and has a completion date of March 5, 2023. Scope of work for this location includes adding 108 VNA racking aisles that stand 37 feet tall, 10500 AMPs of power to the existing 4000 AMPs, and 50 RTUs onto the roof. There was also work done on the exterior to add sidewalks, guard shack, chain-link fence, and a top of the line security camera/system.
