The Victoria Commons Retail Center is a 5,000 square foot wood-frame retail development aimed at servicing the adjacent Victoria Commons Office Building. The structure is divisible into two or thee tenant spaces, with an emphasis on small retail and food services. Site additions include extensive landscaping, hardscape, an ADA access ramp and stair access from Foothill Blvd, and street improvements along Foothill Blvd.
