ROIC, a large REIT, provides local communities with high demand retail and food stores. Such is the project our Retail Team delivered in Oxnard. We demised an existing big box location into 3 smaller tenant spaces. Each space being delivered as a vanilla shell, with dedicated utilities, storefronts, and the end cap receiving a new drive thru.
